Barrie & Area Market Update November 2020

The November 2020 sales information is in, and residential property sales recorded through the Matrix™ System for the Barrie and District Association of REALTORS® (BDAR) region showed that year-over-year sales and average price of units sold continued strong across most regions, with properties outside of the City of Barrie showing stronger growth. The real estate market begins to slow down this time of year. Month-over-month sales declined slightly more than the same time last year.  Read full article
