The month of April 2019, saw residential property sales recorded through the Matrix™ System for the BDAR region, the year over year average price of units sold and the number of sales were up from the previous month of March. Barrie and Simcoe County, excluding Barrie both contributed almost equally to the growth in the total region. Year-to-date vs Same Time Year Ago On a year-to-date basis (January 1, 2018 – April 30, 2018), residential home sales amounted to 1243 units, which is a 39.6% decline from the same time in 2017.
